1. Prepare a flower pot for your candy arrangement. Cut a piece of floral foam and insert it into the pot so it fits firmly.
2. Prepare a piece of red ribbon and a big square of green tissue paper. Put the flower pot in the center of the prepared tissue paper. Wrap the paper around the pot and secure it with a piece of red ribbon.
3. Let's start making candy flowers. First, take a Ferrero Rocher candy piece (you can use candy that your Mom loves) and a square of red cellophane. Then wrap the chocolate piece with cellophane gathering the cellophane at one end.
4. You might want to cut the extra cellophane off. Before twisting the cellophane closed, place a bamboo skewer in. Secure the candy piece to the skewer by wrapping green floral tape tightly over the the cellophane and down the skewer.
5. Prepare red tissue paper. Cut 8.5'' x 7'' pieces. Fold the rectangles in half lengthwise. Finally wrap the folded tissue paper around the candy piece (2-3 times) and secure it to the stick with green floral tape.
6. Attach one or two leaves to the stick of your 'candy tulip' with green floral tape. You can cut these leaves out of green tissue paper or crepe paper.
7. Make several candy flowers like that. Insert them in the pot they way you like it.
8. As a finishing touch, add some decorative elements to your candy arrangement. For example, a theme pick or a balloon "Happy Mothers Day", or a beautiful card with a special message.
